NB1 Won't Start after a Hot Run #1

My 99 NB1 with 100K miles has an issue four techs haven't been able to solve. After a 30 min highway run, and a 20 min cooldowm, it won't start. Just cranks and cranks. An hour later, it will. We've replaced cam and crank position sensors, main relay, coil, fuel pump relay. Nothing works. No code is thrown. Help!!
