OK, so I will probably go down in Miatadom history as having the slowest
turbo install.
My present snag is, where do I buy an O2 sensor wrench for my CA 2000? It's
22mm right? The fron sensor is impossible to get out with an open ended
wrench.
TIA,
Jason

The also make special sockets that are partially open. You slip them
over the sender from the side and use a ratchet. These are usually
available in the special tool section of the better auto parts stores.
They are in that line of tools that comes blister packed. Lislse???
Comes to mind but probably is not spelt correctly.

Another place to find a O2 socket would be any Tool store that caters to
Professionals. IE; Machinists and Mechanics. Look up "tools" in the
Yellow pages.

Hi Jason,
I've pulled all my sensors with a 7/8" box end. I think that's the right
size, might be 13/16". Anyhow I unplug the connector and thread the wire
through the box end until I get to the O2 sensor.

That's kind of odd- didn't have any problems removing the O2 sensor with a
7/8" open end on my 10AE..I may have disconnected the manifold and d/p first
though in order to better position it..if that doesn't work, any NAPA or
even Pep Boys has O2 sensor sockets..
