Finally got around to installing the new 07/07 chip that Ken sent me. I had
previously installed a 06/06 chip that had the missing accelerator pump
programing error.

The new chip is wonderful. A giant step forward. Makes my miata fun to
drive again. Tuning time was super quick. Thanks Bill, Ken and Ray.
Nico..you'll like this one.

accelerator pump error ?

I have a 6/6/00 chip still in the package. Haven't had time to install it
yet. How does one tell if they have a chip with this bug before installing
in the car ?

The accel pump function was left out of MK1 6/6/00 chips only. MKII is not
affected. We are sending replacement chips to anyone with MK1 boards that
received that chip.
