I did about 160 miles of track time a main track at Summit Point Raceway
this weekend. I am running 16-17 psi FM 1.75 on a stock 1.6. Basically
new turbo exhaust manifold and down pipe I have to report that this was
in a way the most boring setup. I did not have to fix anything. The car
did not even use any oil which I checked after each run. And with the
combination of the new FM brake kit did not have to worry about the
brakes which caused me brake a bit early. This car is finally working
great no fixing anything on car and now I am keeping up the some turbo
Porsche BMW's Firebirds But I am still a whole second behind the damn
Viper. Mostly what I like was running a bit faster then a few of the
instructors in the last event Sunday. I think I still have a stupid
Miata smile on my face today.
