Hi Barry,

I asked if the piston whose picture I posted is a 9.0 or a 9.4:

fortunecity.com/marina/pontoon/3/miata/miata_main.html

then click "surplus 1.6's pistons"

or to go straight

fortunecity.com/marina/pontoon/3/miata/surplus_engine/surplus_engine.
html

TIA,
Jason

Jason,
I believe it was you who posted several questions in one email yesterday
morning(?). Naturally, I deleted the message, sure in the knowledge others
would have answered your questions. I don't remember your questions, but I do
remember I could provide input to one or two of them. Care to re-post?

Regards,
Barry

9.4:1 pistons should not be reverse dome. Those appear to be 9.0:1 or
around there, although we can't be sure without cc'ing the head and knowing
a proper measurement of the head gasket. If I were a bettin' man, I'd put
my money on 9.0:1.
