There's lots of bracing, for one thing. I know Elvis was over 2500 with full
tank.

My 99 leather packet w/ FM2 Weighs 2450 with a full tank of gas, HDHCDD,
and a trailer hitch. How'd they add another hundred pounds to the MSM?

Poor spoolup? Do you feel the hit even at higher
gears? With my small turbo, there's a "hit" only in
1st gear.

While it's in there - can you tell if the front spoiler-thing addon looks
like it will fit the 02+ standard bumper cover?

Be very interesting to see data such as:
- inctercooler pressure drop
- intercooler outlet temps (inlet too for that matter)
- exhaust system backpressure (I have a fitting that
fits in the O2 sensor bung just for that :) )
- Turbine inlet pressure
- compare spoolup against FM turbos
- photos of exhaust manifold
- how much gain on the dyno just by disconnecting the
exhaust system in front of the cat
:)

Well since I'm seeing full boost at less than 4k and I'm feeling this hit at
4.5k or so I doubt it's spool up.
Of course all these are observations from a gauge and the seat of my pants.

The 2003 Club Sport weighed in at 2365 wet with a hardtop. On top of the
bracing, there's also some reinforced sections of the unibody that add
weight. If you've driven one of the stiff cars, you can feel a difference.

My 99 leather packet w/ FM2 Weighs 2450 with a full tank of gas, HDHCDD,
and a trailer hitch. How'd they add another hundred pounds to the MSM?

Okay questions start
You show your single tip muffler. The dual should fit too???
You say the mid pipe won't fit. Any chance you'll make an adaptor to make
it fit?? The MS downpipe is longer than your downpipe, right??
And last but not least we have to wait till Tuesday for the dyno numbers???
BOOOOOOO!!!!

Duals will fit, too. Midpipe on the mspeed is actually shorter, but doesn't
include the cat. I'll give you numbers tomorrow, just no graphs. Keith
doesn't let me play in the website.

Larry,
I get a surge about 5k with a 1.6, stock ECU and SC. In my case I feel it's
from both timing in the stock ECU being laggy in the advance department and
coming on the cam.

Okay, I'm confused and will have to look under the car tonight.
I thought your mid pipe attached to the factory header. The MSM looks like
it attaches to the downpipe from the turbo and that is further up next to
the tranny.
Anyway, I'd still like a FM midpipe to fit the MSM system. :)
