That is a spare TECII which can be used on a Rotary or 4 Banger. I have a TECII 4 cylinder in my car. The other TEC will be for sale soon. (My friend owns it)

Does anyone have a link to the online Mazda factory parts list for the
Miata? I had a link to a dealer who posted a scanned version of the
microfiche but lost it when I changed computers.
