Last night I took my car out and figured that I would make an attempt to do
some dataloging. I have'nt really used my palm pilot yet and was having
trouble getting it to connect properly. In the edit text mode what setting do
I use 1.6, 1.8, or 1.6/1.8. The chip in my 92 1.6 is RAYS 1.6 991205A. What
else should I check?

There are so many "flavors" of datastream out at this point, that I
recommend sitting in the driveway at idle, and going from "Edit Text /E" to
"Collect /C" and checking the different formats 1 by 1 until you get
satisfactory response.
If you have one of the newer datastreams (Ray?) that can do "Native mode",
don't select Native mode - it will only serve to confuse AnaLink's poor,
out of date algorithms.

Make sure that the % sign is turned on (using middle buttons) in the master
fuel screen.
