New code is posted on the website
4rows.com/Plinkhome.htm
The code is now slightly useful with a peak-hold function.
Give it a try and let me know.
Thanks...

cool... do I just use the PALM CABLE and a male-female adapter then??
did i see something about it has to be "null modem" adapter too? where can
THAT be found nowadays?
here are three things that would let me use this in place of the keypad AND
laptop (which I dont have)
1) Program the Link from the Palm
2) datalog to the Palm and then dump the logfile to the linklab on the
desktop pc to work on it
3) save a map file from linklab to the palm then save to the Link in the car
what do you think about getting it to that level of functions?
I am no programmer so please don't shoot me if that's too hard or a ton of
work!
this could get GOOD!

Null modem cable is 9 pin is hard to find. You can make one
yourself. Just connect pin2 to 3, pin 3 to 2 and pin 5 to 5.
You can also modify your serial link to accept Palm cable.

Programming Link from a Palm should be done fairly soon. Originally
I had planned to do the datalogging first but there's little problem
with that (whole lot more programming).
So, keypad replacement will be first and then datalogging and map loading.

I had been thinking that would be a nice feature (peak hold).
Any chance of this on the CE datalogger too Matt?
