For any that care, the blank plug on '96-7, (possibly earlier 1.8's
too), intake manifold that is just above the "in" hard line of the fuel
rail is an 18 mm expansion plug. (It's on the inside between the head
and the minifold.)

I managed to pop mine out with 15 psi of boost. Probably just me, but
here's the info, just in case. It was available from NAPA for $1.50 ea.
in brass. Steel can be had too, but they were out, so I'll try the
brass. OE appears to be aluminum, I'm told.
