This is totaly new to me so pardon my ignorance.
I've read the archives and still have questions.
The pictures are gone of the cooler so I'm just guessing what it looks
like.
Thoughts of using a copper heater core have been abandoned in favor of
aluminum. Oil and trans coolers worry me since their piping looks rather
small. I can get a free trans cooler if I want it. I'd buy whatever I
need if there are better solutions.
1. Is a transmission cooler too small?
2. Would something else work better?

>From what I gather one must worry about water bypass if the thermostat
isn't open - but not too much bypass.
2. Where should I tap in to supply water to the turbo?
>From the turbo the lines will run to the cooler.
3. Where should I route the return water from the cooler?
4. Is 5/8" hose adequate for the water lines?
