Well it wasn't a real temp problem after all. Closer scrutiny of the log
revealed that the MAP sensor was reading 6-10 kPa too low and that was
causing the mixture to lean out. The bad data was corrected by reseating
the chip. These eraseable ceramic chips that I use suffer from this problem
much more than the non-eraseable plastic ones that most of you use because
the leads are made from a much more flexible material.
