You'd think I had a second head out of my back the way people looked at me
when I asked for a 18x1.5 nut.. jeezzzzz..

I FINALLY found one at a Napa store, they had to go digging "in the back".
$1.79 later I am all set. No less than 4 nut and bolt companies, the main
Napa warehouse, 2 exhaust shops and an Autozone all were clueless, I guess
calling is pointless and stopping down made it easier.

The studs are going to temporarily be some 8x1.25 stainless bolts minus the
heads until the Maryland Metric parts come in Monday.. UPS Red seemed a bit
excessive (and insanely expensive) for them to arrive tomorrow, so I've
break out the hacksaw and grinder to make these work.

Thanks to everyone for the advice and guidance, and if you are ever looking
for a big nut, your local Napa wins around here.

Wallyman

P.S. I've read a old spark plug works like a champ for filling your second
O2 hole, correct? Just pop off the ceramic and you're in good shape..
