Poor guy... I remember being a outcast Canuck when I lived in
California... so I feel for ya! *grin*

The difference for him was that he was moving which is different then
already living in the US and buying a car from a different country.
There are a couple rules for me to buy a car from the US, I think it
has to be atleast 5 years old, and I can't sell it for 6 months or
something... I'd need to check into that again.
