No, my car is not on fire nor is it overheating. I'm just all excited about
my car Gandalf's 15 minutes of Internet fame. If you are curious to see what
Gandalf looks like, check out:

Bellengineering.net/hotcar.htm

At full throttle the candy bars will slide right out of the glove box and
onto my passenger's laps.... ;-)

Yee-Haw!
Barry and "Gandalf"
And don't make fun of the hardtop. I'm in the process of replacing the soft
top and I need to protect the interior from the rain. :-)

Nice Pic. Nice site. I love how the heat shield gives that finished look
to the whole thing. Wish I had a heat shield. (Sob, sob.)

John Heath (Whose FM II 95R is 6" in the air, stored, while Minnesota has
it's warmest winter ever, 70F and no snow. Guess I won't need a heat shield
'til spring anyway, sob!) ;-)

Hi all,

Having ridden in Barry's car last week (he *never* lets me drive!),
I can fully attest that it is definitely a member of the non-temperature
oriented *hot* club!

Neck snapping power. Boost around 15psi. He had to back off in
3rd cause we were doing about 85mph *very* quickly in a gendarme
rich environment.

Didn't notice any candy bars in my lap cause my neck was still sitting
at a somewhat abnormal angle.

The term rocket on roller skates applies here. Time to run it at Alamo
Dragway Barry!

Jim
