You're letting unmetered air past the BOV, IOW air is being let in by bov
and not measured by the maf.

Hi Gang.
Trying to fix a slight problem with a friend's 2001 FM II using an HKS
BOV on the Cold side.
When letting off the throttle from high rpm's the car begins to stumble
and nearly die at idle.
Anyone using this BOV or any ideas?
Dave.
