I put the heater core reroute to the test at the Gap and it work better then planned.
The Ford Explorer heater valve allowed the car to warm up to temp. quickly.
When the bypass is on the car would run around 180-190 with the A/C on going in and out of boost. I rode in the A/C in most all the Gap to give it a good test and it passed.
Got stuck in traffic for a hour with the A/C on and ran around 185. All of this is with no undertray or ducting around radiator. The fans seemed to be the biggest help in cooling the car with the A/C on.
