use DOT-4
I like Castrol LMA or Agip. I hear ford blue is good too, but haven't seen
it nor tried it.

Either will serve. DOT 4 is usually considered preferable for heavy braking as
encountered on track and autocross or very spirited driving applications. I
don't know just how significant the difference actually can be.
I personally use DOT 4, but I think that replacing the old fluid with new one
on a regular basis (as it is highly hygroscopic) is probably the more
important consideration.
