Hi guys,
=20
Just got finished working on my car and I was wondering can the cam angle
sensor only be installed one way?
When I had it out I noticed the there is a groove in the one ear is this
what makes it one way or is it just an alignment mark?

Ray A. I think you were right again. I just spent all morning working on my
injector harness and I found two possible problems with it.
1. Was when I spliced the connectors on I soldered them and used heat
shrink over the splice. Well oil got to it and the heat shrink wasn't
sticking anymore. And I think it was sliding up and down=20
letting the wires make contact with one another, making an intermittent
short.
2. I've discovered an injector plug that looked like it had been fixed
before I got it. Looking like a possible suspect for my problem I took out
the rubber seal on the back side and it looked as if it had been tampered
with, too the effect that the wire is showing thru the insulation all the
way at the bottom where the wire is attached to the actual metal connector
part of the plug.

Tomorrow I order a set of plugs from FM. The car definitely seems to be
running a lot better know.
I also think I'm going to replace the fuel pump with a walbro 170lt/hr. high
volume pump. Any down side to this let me know.

Thanks everyone for all the help

Sensor only fits one way. Sounds like progress. Drag the heat shrinkable
connectors we sent with the injectors out and install them.
