The BSP intercooler is an AIR to WATER design. A relatively low restriction,
high efficiency Air to Water Intercooler is mounted between the radiator and
the
engine. It has a short intake tract made of mandrel bent tubing, not the
prototype pieces shown in the ad. The throttled volume of the intake tract is
comparable to the stock cross-over pipe. This was designed to maintain the
natural driveability characteristics and prevent tip in problems. Coolant is
constantly circulated at almost 6 gal/minute via a high flow pump through the
IC, the nose mounted heat exchanger and the radiator over flow tank.

This system has been tested for the last year (over 15,000 miles). With a
small
SC pulley and the addition of a MSD, Sebring fuel pump, and 93 pump octane
gas,
it provides no irritating lag, amazing low end torque and strong SAFE power to
red line. Thermal couple temperature testing has shown up to 65 degrees of
temperature drop. Prototype unit has been run as high as 20 deg. BTC timing
with no pinging. Performance is amazing. You don't just beat 5.0 Mustangs
you
drive away from them.

I will be gone for the holidays. I'll be glad to provide more info when I get
back.

Warm regards to all,

Nigel Soult
Creator of the BSP Intercooler
