Best - Find a used one on Miata.net or here for around a grand in the right
factory paint color that's near your house

Cheapest - Find a used one on Miata.net or here for under $600 that's beat
to heck and painted the wrong color with chips and scratches and you have
to drive a ways to get it.

Best & Cheapest - Be that lucky SOB that finds one locally for $400 that
some fool doesn't realize is worth $1000, and snap it up before anyone
knows. (I've seen it done)
