Trying to figure out what other vehicles had a 5x139 pattern (88 Ford F150
is what I have, but trying to find used rims that may be listed as
something else).. anyone have a good website that will help me out?

That is a 5x5 pattern.? Lot of big trucks and IIRC old Cadillacs.? Google for "5x5 wheel pattern"
