Do I need to run ballast resistors if I am driving 550cc/min injectors with
the 1.6L Link ECU? I noticed that ballast resistors come with the 1.8L kit
but not the 1.6L FM II kit. I've got the 550cc/min injectors and need to
use my 1.6L board to drive them.
