We're getting a 13 diagnostic code on a '94 Miata with A/T. The book only
shows a 12 and 14.

Does anyone know what the 13 code means? Car is hesitating bad when cold,
a little when hot.

A third look at the flashing check engine light revealed it is in fact a 1
and a 3 code, not a 13 code. Thanks to all who responded.
