Does anyone how there know what would cause all my lights to pulsate? I have
a 90 miata with 240K, replaced alternator back around 180K, could this be a
sign of pending failure?
TIA
Fernando

Depends on what you mean by "pulsate"
If you mean that they are going dim when the engine speed dips,
that's rather normal, especially if you have a heavy load on the
electrical system (I.E., headlights on, A/C fan on High, foot on
brake, radiator fans on...)
It can, however be a sign of a dying battery.
If you are talking about a pulsating while driving, where the light
repeatedly get brighter and dimmer, then I'd say the voltage
regulator in your alternator is going.
Either way, take the car to a Pep Boys or an NTB or some place like
that and have them test the electrical system, OR pull the alternator
out and take it to Pep Boys and they'll test it for free.
