Yup, the Torsen pig came today! (I bet the UPS guy loves me now!!)

So this is the question to all that might answer:

It is the complete center section, it looks like I just hook it to the car,
bolt on a driveshaft and insert axles and It'll work (yeah, pulling the
old, and adding fluid, of course).. is there more to it, or is it as simple
as bolting it in? Will I need to open it up and set backlash and whatever
else in there? What's the procedure to install a 97 "M" torsen into a 97
Base model?

Looking for advise from someone who has done this before.. Also, I am
considering doing it in my garage on jackstands with and tools.. am I
insane? No compressor or lift at home...
