Dear Miata Enthusiasts:

First off, I apologize for the EXTREMELY short timeframe on "advertising"
this awesome opportunity to you all. I've been tied up with other events,
been out of state and have been trying my darndest to pull the details
together to make it a fun day for all. So... if you can "steal" away for a
day this weekend, I can pretty much guarantee you'll have a great time.
You'll have to figure out how to "stay cool."

So here it is...

I'm ready to start taking RSVPs ASAP so let's see them start rollin' in.

This event is open to ALL Miata Club enthusiasts even if you are NOT a Miata
club member. Also, Miata Club members from BAMA, Delta, SAMOA and Redwood
Coast are all invited.

NASA Invites Miata Enthusiasts to FREE "Miata Day at Infineon Raceway"

Date: June 28, 2003 (Sat.)

by 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 27.

Meeting Time at Infineon Raceway: 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. (You'll need a
password from me to get in.)

Meeting Location/Important Information : If you are coming, you MUST arrive
between 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Main Gate of Infineon Raceway. We will
ALL drive into the Raceway together at 1:30 p.m. and will park our Miatas in
the designated "Miata Corral." (NASA wants us all to arrive at the same time
in order to build excitement for the Spec Miata Races that afternoon.) We
must adhere to this requirement.

You MUST be driving a Miata in order to get in for FREE. NO exceptions.

Event Details:
Come and join other Miata enthusiasts for a day at Infineon Raceway
compliments of NASA. NASA is graciously offering this fabulous opportunity
to Miata enthusiasts with the hope of encouraging folks to join the NASA
family. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
NASA will provide for FREE to each attendee, the following:
* Track admission (normally $10) (See important requirements above.)
* Dedicated Miata Corral to park your Miata (Must be a Miata!)
* Parade lap(s) around the track at the end of the day
* BBQ Saturday evening (immediately following the parade lap(s) - Great Food
and an Open Bar! (Chicken, burgers, sausages, meatballs, salads, appetizers,
etc.)

If you are interested in attending, again, you MUST RSVP to Bernadette
Callahan, BAMA Events Chair at (email redacted) by no later than 5:00
p.m. Friday, June 27. I will need to provide NASA with the number of
attendees in order to block off enough space for our Miatas and provide them
with a head count for food as well how many Miatas will be participating in
the parade lap(s).

When you RSVP to me, please provide the following info. I will reply
immediately that I have received your info. and will provide further
instructions at that time.

3) Cell Number (if you will have one with you the morning of June 28 (Sat.)
in case I need to get a hold of you.)
4) Your email address that I can RSVP back to: (preferably one that is not a
work email if you are RSVPing to me at the last minute, otherwise you won't
receive important info. back from me before you leave Sat. morning unless
you have email access via the web. 5) Club Affiliation: BAMA, Delta, SAMOA,
Redwood Coast or NONE.
