Scam alert for folks trying to sell items in the Miata Classifieds. I'm in the process of trying to sell off most of the items I removed from my '99 PEP, which has become a track car now. Got this reply on one of my ads. Just wanted alert you to the email address and name the person is using.

Outside of just deleting this, is there anything else I should do with it?

This guy isn't even good at this scam.

He says you get to deduct your 225 which isn't even your price and he wants
you to send the balance to a shipping company he contracted to handle
shipping an antenna?? Is the guy a moron?? Wow!!!

I've received a simalar scam attempt for every 'For Sale' add I've placed in the last 3-4 years, as long as it had my email address attached. I just ignore them and move on.
