Electrical gremlins-Im stumped-a/c blower motor issue

There's a resistor pack on the blower housing. You can see it with the
glovebox removed, I think. If it's bad, you'll have fan setting 4 but
that's all.
I can't explain the AC compressor - fix the other problem and see if it
still happens :)
