I was driving home today when I noticed exhaust leak sound coming from
the driver's side of engine compartment(I'm from NC, USA). I first
thought it might be that the spart plug came loose or something so I
checked the engine bay and the plugs seemed to be happy. On the other
hand, when I revved up the engine I heard a noise coming in the
exhaust header. It seemed to me the sound was bouncing off the intake
to my ears. It was hard for me to tell where it was coming from
though. Let me know what you guys think.

Maybe it's time to buy that Greddy kit.

It's probably a cracked header...

I had mine welded for $20 + Labor.

It was cracked header. I pulled the exhaust heat shield and saw the nasty
crack where the indivisual pipes murge into one. Where did you get it
welded back? My brother was concerned that the weld would eventually break
again and that we'd be better off buying a used header.

Thanks Andrew.

I had it welded at a local shop here in Daytona Beach... just about
any exhaust shop can weld it for you. If it's done right, then it
won't crack any time soon :)
