The Crazy Red seats are Katzkins, but you'll have a hard time beating Crazy
Red on price or service. Recommended.

I've installed a few sets. The biggest problem is cutting off the old hog
rings. A trick to make it easier to reassemble is to use zipties instead of
hog rings. Much easier and quicker.

I used that trick when I removed some padding from the base of a seat so
my helmet would clear the rollbar. I might have read it here first
(probably a post from you Kieth). I agreed.. much easier, faster and
tie-wraps are easier to find at midnight when one discovers they find
missing parts that should have been put on the seat *before* the cover
(er.. like the seat area one was trimming to beging with). Never
recover a seat in a hurry, with a race the very next morning...
starting at 11:00pm... not a good idea....

Oh.. digressing.. Katzkins seem to have a good rep in 'custom tuner'
business as well. The driver seat on my '90 needs some work come to
think of it...
