Yeah I guess it has gotten away from any Miata content. But it is relevant
to my Miata in that the damn cat keeps climbing on the roof and sleeping in
the drivers seat.

topics. Sometimes it starts out that way, and sometimes it starts out about
Miatas, but wanders. Most here are very good about including "NMC" or "nmc"
in the subject line of such posts, to indicate that there is "non-Miata
content" included.
All mail readers that I know of offer ways to filter messages based on the
subject line. That's why we do it that way. If you don't want to see
anything but hard-core Miata content, you can set up your email client to
dump messages with "NMC" in the subject line straight into the "deleted"
folder.
